About Annie
Hey there! I'm Annie - Transformational life Coach, Gentle, Joyful Yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra facilitator & experienced holder of sacred space
I have been creating beautiful spaces for women to move their bodies with Love & compassion for over 12 years. I I have taught on retreats, at 5 star spa's, in India and am currently based in Bonnie Scottish Borders!
I completed my Transformational Life Coaching training with the Legendary Dr Sarah Madigan of the Joy Movement in 2023. Since then I was thrilled to be successful in getting selected from fierce competition to coach within her containers as a freelance member of the team!
I coach from the heart - leading you with Love, compassion, trust & belief in you and your power to embody your fullest potential to live the life of your deepest desires & dreams! My coaching style has been described by my Mentor as 'exquisitely beautiful'.

Prenatal visits & support £110
4 weeks on call (28 days x £10/day) £280
Birth support £300
Postnatal support & debrief visit £110
